It's Day 3, playing Assassin's Creed Origins DLC The Hidden Ones on PS4. The main story was completed in yesterday's live stream earning The Greater Good silver PSN trophy. As for today, we'll be grinding while exploring the beautiful Sinai of the Egypt peninsular.
Bayek resumes his journey by discovering new papyrus locations, two of them in Arsinoe Nome. Then he heads to Klysma to initiate the Shadows of the Scarab side quests. This side quest requires Bayek to take out two of the scarab shadows, one in the south whilst the other in the north, both are at level 45 respectively.
He approached the two enemies, throwing poison darts and shooting fire arrows using the Legendary Smoke Screen Predator Bow. The Shadow of South, in Madiama Nome, had a relatively predictable combat style, being equipped with a heavy blade weapon allows to counter him easily. In contrast, the Shadow of North, in Arsinoe Nome, was quite unpredictable, using the sickle sword, makes dodging from attacks more frequent and timing of counter is essential for this boss battle.
After eliminating two shadows of scarab, Bayek headed south of Sinai, in search for the bandit's camp, which later found the son of the Scarab, Kawab. As time goes, through one-on-one battle, he managed to convince Kawab to join the brotherhood, The Hidden Ones, thus unlocking New Recruits PSN trophy.
