Day 1 of playing Assassin's Creed Origins DLC The Curse of the Pharaohs on PlayStation 4. I'm really excited and looking forward to the next live stream after downloading the AC Origins DLC that's worth 7 GB of storage. So, without further a due, let's get started.
How to Start The Curse of the Pharaohs DLC AC Origins?
After downloading the DLC, similar to the The Hidden Ones DLC AC Origins, you'll be given a new quest The Curse of the Pharaohs to track on. This quest requires you, as Bayek, to meet one of the three ferrymen, whom are scattered at the three main regions; Siwa, Alexandria and Memphis.
From Sinai, Bayek Fast Travel to Siwa to meet that ferryman, which triggers his journey to Thebes, Valley of the Kings. From there, the Curse of the Pharaohs DLC begins.
Where to Find the Auction Invitation? - No Honor Amongst Thebes
The first quest is as intriguing and probably better than The Hidden Ones DLC. The reason is because the very first few quests requires Bayek to investigate the arising curse of the Pharaohs that has been spreading throughout the city of Thebes.
At the market, he spoke with Siamun after interacting with the other three merchants to gather a reliable clue about the curse. Bearing in mind, it's Bayek's first visit to Thebes, new and still a stranger to the public's eyes.
So, he followed Siamun, encountering fights, eventually obtained another useful information. Next, heading to meet Tahemet at the gambling site. She gives another clue on the whereabouts of Auction Invitation at Tahemet's House, after another battle with the guest soldiers.
Then, inside and on the lower ground floor of Tahemet's House, he rotates the two jackals' heads facing each other as described in the Scroll - Puzzle Poem, which unlocks the hidden door right in front of it.
Beneath the hidden door, using the Animus pulse (press & hold ↑ D Pad), identifies two scrolls; Nefertiti and Akhenaten and Tehemet's Notes on the left side of the room.
Finally, after a painstaking searching and investigating. He managed to obtain the Auction Invitation earning him 20,000 XP reward.
