Part 5 - Ghost of Tsushima Main Story Walkthrough (PS4)

 Hello everyone, Part 5 walkthrough is up and here are my thoughts about Ghost of Tsushima.


Open World

The sunset setting surrounded by foggy atmosphere gives a good kick start to the Part 5 Ghost of Tsushima walkthrough. Adding that stealth elements reflecting the mist background which is typical during the Mongolian era. 


Gameplay

The use of another new move by Jin Sakai, the chain assassination, allowing the player to takedown more than one enemy in one assassination. Sounds like a good idea and indeed it is. Looks breathtaking when the chain assassination is perfectly executed with the right timing and precision. 


Stealth takedowns is expected in Part 5. Relying on platforms for climnbing and hiding from alerting the enemies and to takedown in stealth fashion. 


Verdict

The best part so far with a lot of stealth takedowns in the main story. Thanks for reading and see you in the next post!

Part 4 - Ghost of Tsushima Main Story Walkthrough (PS4)

 Hello everyone, here are my thoughts about Ghost of Tsushima walkthrough.


Open World

Part 4 of the main story exposes Jin Sakai to his first proper investigation. Arriving at a traditional Japanese house with a broken door gives that insecure feeling as the player enter into the house. Anticipating surprise attacks from the enemies would be a natural instinct for a typical samurai in Ghost of Tsushima. The objects are well placed for Jin to perform investigation, tracking blood stains and arrows gives that realism experience during the mission. 


Gameplay

The battle during this walkthrough in Ghost of Tsushima is much more intense than Part 3. Applying the Stand Off feature and another new feature, parrying the enemy's attacks by timely press L1 during the battles is breathtaking and rewarding experience.


Sounds

In Part 4, there's a lot of interaction with the NPCs to gain new information and to search for clues that could help in completing this main quest. The press of R2 triggers a conversation between the player, Jin Sakai,  and the NPCs. 


Verdict

So, for Part 4, we're starting to get some grips on the gameplay controls since the player is tested with more enemies during the battle. Thanks for reading and see you in Part 5

Part 3 - Ghost of Tsushima Main Story Walkthrough (PS4)

 Hello everyone, here are my thoughts about Ghost of Tsushima walkthrough.


Open World

The main story of Ghost of Tsushima features Jin Sakai performs more climbing on mountains, with the press of R2 for interaction, throughout Part 3. Mountains in Izuhara island are generally steep where you'll need a platform to climb on to. 


Also for the first time, you'll be learning on tracking the enemy's footpaths by seeking their footprints planted on soil. The tricky part is that some footprints are covered by long grass which makes it hard to find during the walkthrough. 


Gameplay

Part 3 of this walkthrough allows you, playing as Jin Sakai, to learn sniping using the bow and arrow on the Mongolians. Interesting feature in Ghost of Tsushima is that it allows you to aim on the objects like bee hives, lamps as a point of decoy for the enemies to get distracted during your stealth mission in the Main Story. 


Sounds

The sounds of explosion is something to be admired for Part 3. 


Verdict

Another new ally in the making on quest to takedown Khan. Thanks for reading, see you in Part 4!

Part 2 - Ghost of Tsushima Main Story Walkthrough (PS4)

 Hello everyone, here are my thoughts about Ghost of Tsushima walkthrough.


Open World

Part 2 showcases us one of the oblirated camps, leaving marks of the broken trees, black smoke arising from the ashes and footprints from the enemies. 


Gameplay

The stealth feature in Broken Blacksmith of the main story walkthrough is simple yet breathtaking. Pressing the touchpad allows you, as Jin Sakai, to be in the stealth mode, surrounded by the darkness while knowing every enemies' footsteps and location. Climbing on platforms is my favourite though limited to a certain platform for Jin Sakai to climb on. That gives less flexibility for the main player in Ghost of Tsushima to perform climbing and parkour during Jin's Tale. 


Sounds

For Part 2, the guiding wind gives the soothes sounds that eases the main player, Jin Sakai, to travel to it's targeted destination. The wind breezes through the grass and other objects surrounds the environment gives a pleasure of travelling from Jin's current place to it's destination. The Main Story focuses on the stealth walkthrough, which the environment and sounds during the stealth mode gives you more urgency and alertness on the enemies' movements. 


Verdict

An absolute joy for Part 2 in particular the stealth mode. Thanks for reading and see you in Part 3!
